Contact Nexus

Disclaimer: We have received a number of complaints recently regarding rude phones calls from overseas call centers trying to get personal information falsely claiming to be from 'Nexus'.

These call centers are in no way related to or involved with Nexus Money. 

We have been in contact with the communication ombudsman who are investigating this matter. It appears there are a number of businesses in Australia experiencing the same problems, however as these calls originate from overseas using phantom local numbers it is difficult to police.

If you receive one of these phone calls we suggest you hang up.
